چکیده
Nowadays, enhanced oil recovery is vital in improving the recovery. However, productions keep depleting due to production problem such as high surface tension and interfacial reservoirs. Therefore, chemical flooding one of methods used The synergy between Silica nanoparticle Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate has been proposed a compound for this project. major aim study was measure effectiveness synergization (SiO₂) nanoparticles SDS with different injection ratio by measuring using flooding. After surfactant nanosilica solution take place, test have conducted identify optimum concentration. results showed that concentration 2000 ppm (ST) (IFT) are 33.5 36.0 mN/m respectively. When SiO₂ were added, it 6000 reduction IFT 31.0 34.5 20,000 brine paraffin injected into sandpack followed waterflooding from experiment presented 23% 28% therefore, more left sandpack. Then, slug 0.1 0.5 tertiary It increases up 48% 64% ratio. As conclusion, proved applicable because can recover production.

The mass production and application of chemicals in different areas of plant and animal sciences cause a serious contamination to the immediate environment. Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate (SDS) is also known as Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) and commonly used in household, kitchen and laundry uses as a detergent ingredient and others. The description of SDS is important because it is now entered into the ...

The interface between air and surfactant solution expands rapidly during the foam generation process. Surfactant molecules in the solution should adsorb onto the newly created surface to stabilize foam. As surfactant monomers adsorb on the surface, micelles disintegrate to provide additional monomers to adsorb on the expanding interface of foam. If micelles are very stable, they cannot rapidly ...

The interaction of sodium dodecyl sulfate with a wide variety of proteins is characterized by a high binding ratio when the monomer concentration of amphiphile exceeds 5 x 10W4 M. This binding ratio on a gram to gram basis is identical for all proteins investigated. The protein portion of the complex contains a high degree of order, and hydrodynamic studies suggest that the complex is a rodlike...

The interaction of detergents with photosynthetic systems was studied early by Emil Smith (l), who pointed out the utility of anionic detergents for dispersing chloroplast material. Smith obtained what appeared to be subunits of the pigment complex, and characterized these components by ultracentrifugation. Subsequently, a number of investigators have studied the enzymatic capabilities of chlor...
